Brightwell started the way most cleaning companies do: one crew, one van, and a handful of houses that kept referring us to the next street over. Nine years later the promise hasn't changed: same crew, same checklist, every time.
Meet the founder
Brightwell started with a single vacuum, a bucket of supplies, and a few neighbors willing to give a new cleaner a chance. Nine years and a few hundred homes later, the founder still answers the phone most afternoons.
Every crew runs the same room-by-room checklist, is licensed, bonded, and insured before their first visit, and follows a simple rule: if something's off, we come back and fix it, no charge, no argument.
